痛～い！！実は一週間前から腰痛に悩まされ、毎日普通の生活をしているだけなのにもう大変。双子は私の腰痛にお構いなしに突然何の前触れも無くいつものようにジャーンプとかしてくるし、特に立ちっぱなしでご飯を作ったり、子供２人をお風呂に入れたりすると、もう限界。１０分は背中をまっすぐさせて横にならなければ何もできない。この一週間、年寄りになった気分、、、。オンラインで腰痛体操のやり方を試して、今日試してみたけど、終わって３０分はいい感じだったけど、痛みが消えたわけでもない。昔テレビで見たピップエレキ版とか、お灸とかの想像をしたりしたけど、そんな痛そうなことを試す度胸は無いし。
今日は母の日。プールが開いたみたいなので、じゃあ、みんなで行こう～、ということで行ってみた。近所の人とおしゃべりしたり、子供達は６歳くらいの男の子と遊んだりして、なかなか楽しいひと時だった。その後はトルコ料理を食べに。初めて試したレストラン”イスタンブールカフェ”だったけど、入った瞬間、今までに行ったことないタイプのレストランで雰囲気が普通とは違っててなかなか面白かった。というのも、入ると薄暗くて日本のうどんやみたいに床に座って食べるようになっているのだ。でも、エキゾチックな感じで、クッションがいっぱい置いてあって、家でくつろぎながら食べられた。外国に来たみたいで心の中で”すごいな～～、ここ（汗）”と叫んでいた。食べ物も私的には合格だったけど、もう双子が喧嘩しだして、クッションを投げ出し、最後のほうは超特急で食べ、逃げるように出て行った。
I have a horrible back pain since last Sunday. Just having a common life is hard thing to do when you have an backache. Of course my wild twins jumps on me without telling me that they are going to JUMP on me. Especially when I'm making dinner or giving them a bath gives me an awful pain on my back because I have to be on my feet for an hour to cook and bend over my back to give them a bath.So I end up lying down on the sofa for 10 min at least after the bath. I feel like I'm an old lady. I went online to check what I can do for my bachache and I found out that I can do some excercise that migth help. So I tried it. I felt pretty good for 30 min, but pain didn't go away.
I thought about the commercial that I saw in Japan over 10 years ago. They used to sell this product called "Pippu Erekiban" . Of course they don't sell in such a thing in Atlanta. Some old people burn moxa on the skin in Japan, but I don't have such a courage to do that.
Anyway,
It was a Mother's day today. They opened the pool in our townhouse community, so we decided to go. We chatted with neighbors and twins found a kid who is 6 years old to play with. We had a nice time. After that we went to a resuatrant called "Istanbul cafe". That cafe was very interesting. It's dark inside and you sit on the floor and eat. They have a low table. It's kind of like a Japanese noodle restaurant where you sit on the floor and eat. They decorated with exotic curtain, painting and carpet. They put many cushions, so we were so comfortable.I was like "WOW!! I feel like I'm in another country.." I liked the food, but kids started to fight and started throwing the cusions, so we had to hurry back home.Haha..
